More Information

Road and MTB safety - Be cautious and slow down for members of public and dogs on the road or on the track. We usually find ourselves on narrow country lanes that surround the Lancaster area and advise you to stay on the correct side of the road at all times as there can be fast moving oncoming traffic around any bend and so traffic behind can overtake easily.

Puncture Danger - The members of the exec will all be carrying spare inner tubes but we adivse you to also carry a spare, or even two on long rides. The lead rider of the group, espeically on road rides, will point or shout for pot holes, glass, possible thorns and sharp stones. This should make the riders behind aware of the possible puncture danger ahead and can avoid it.

Bike Maintenance - Just ask the exec members (i.e. Phil Bowden) to fix your bike or try yourself.
